What You'll Do
Client Management

- p]:inline"> Review and ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of monthly financial statements.
- p]:inline"> Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries related to accounting, payroll, and tax.
- p]:inline"> Maintain consistent, meaningful communication with clients to foster strong relationships.
- p]:inline"> Provide proactive guidance and advisory, beyond standard reporting.
- p]:inline"> Supervise and support bookkeepers in producing quality client work.
- p]:inline"> Review output, resolve technical questions, and provide mentorship.
- p]:inline"> Maintain production efficiency and timely completion across all client accounts.
- p]:inline"> Conduct brief weekly check-ins to assess progress and address issues.
- p]:inline"> Prepare and review business and individual tax returns.
- p]:inline"> Perform regular tax planning and ensure clients are prepared-no year-end surprises.

- p]:inline"> Solid understanding of bookkeeping, payroll, and tax principles.
