The Account Manager plays a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience by building strong relationships and responding to client needs with professionalism and urgency. This position serves as a trusted resource for clients, carriers, and internal teams while supporting overall account growth and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day account servicing including applications, quotes, endorsements, renewals, and claims
- Respond promptly to client, carrier, and internal inquiries
- Conduct coverage reviews and identify opportunities for additional protection
- Support new business development and retention efforts through strong service and follow-up
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in the agency management system
- Stay informed on carrier guidelines, products, and industry trends
- Collaborate with internal teams to support client success and account growth
- 3 years of experience in Property & Casualty insurance (Commercial or Personal Lines)
- Strong understanding of coverages, underwriting, and rating processes
- Excellent communication and client service skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proactive, team-oriented, and solution-driven mindset
- Active insurance license required
- Industry certifications (e.g., CISR, CIC, CPCU) are a plus
Salary : $85,000 - $100,000
