Duties

• Supervise construction site activities, ensuring work progresses safely, efficiently, and according to project plans and schematics
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
• Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to verify work aligns with design specifications
• Oversee quality control processes and conduct inspections.
• Monitor project budgets, track costs, and assist in construction estimating to stay within financial parameters
• Review contracts and manage change orders to mitigate risks and maintain project scope
• Conduct regular site inspections with tools like ohmmeter for electrical checks and ensure adherence to safety protocols
• Lead supervising teams by providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to foster a motivated workforce
  
  

Skills

• Extensive experience in construction management with proven supervising capabilities
• Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating techniques
• Ability to read technical drawings accurately and apply them effectively on-site
• Skilled in project scheduling, budgeting, and contract management for complex projects
• Hands-on experience with construction site operations including quality control measures
