Duties

- Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to verify work aligns with design specifications
- Oversee quality control processes and conduct inspections.
- Monitor project budgets, track costs, and assist in construction estimating to stay within financial parameters
- Review contracts and manage change orders to mitigate risks and maintain project scope
- Conduct regular site inspections with tools like ohmmeter for electrical checks and ensure adherence to safety protocols

Skills
