We’re looking for an Account Manager who holds a P&C license and thrives in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment and enjoys supporting new business growth. This role is focused on quoting, binding, and onboarding new personal and commercial line policies, allowing producers to stay focused on selling while you keep deals moving quickly and accurately.

What You’ll Do
- Support producers by quoting, marketing, and binding new personal lines of business
- Work with multiple carriers and rating platforms to secure competitive coverage
- Prepare proposals and assist with underwriting questions
- Bind coverage, issue policies, and ensure accurate documentation
- Enter and manage new business activity in the agency management system
- Help identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities during the quoting process
What We’re Looking For
- Active P&C license
- 2 years of personal and/or commercial lines insurance experience (agency preferred)
- Experience quoting auto, homeowners, and umbrella policies
- Strong attention to detail with a sense of urgency
- Comfortable supporting a high-volume sales environment
