Team Leadership & Development: Lead huddles, 1:1 coaching, and professional growth initiatives. Create a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Client Retention & Growth: Support proactive renewals, cross-sell/up-sell opportunities, and relationship-building strategies.

Collaboration & Market Partnerships: Partner with producers and carriers to strengthen placements, resolve escalations, and enhance the client experience.
What We're Looking For:
7 years in the insurance industry, including 3 years in leadership within Personal Lines or client-service operations.
Proven success leading service teams, improving processes, and driving client satisfaction.
Hands-on experience working with carriers and producers to resolve issues and strengthen relationships.
Strong coach, communicator, and collaborator who leads by influence and example.
Deep understanding of Personal Lines products, carrier appetites, and agency operations.

Location & Work Style:
