Attorney

A boutique law firm is seeking a full-time Attorney licensed in New Jersey with 2-4 years of law firm experience.

Responsibilities:

• Handle all aspects of discovery, including depositions.

• Attend court conferences.

• Draft motions, briefs, and other legal documents.

• Argue motions.

• Communicate with clients.

• Prior medical or dental malpractice defense experience is a plus but not required. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and has strong communication skills.
