We are currently seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to amplify our brand, strengthen our digital presence, and help connect those in need with life-changing care. Essential Responsibilities
- Strategically plan, execute, and manage Google Ads and PPC campaigns across diverse platforms.
- Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance based on defined KPIs.
- Use data-driven insights to identify trends, refine strategies, and drive conversions.
- Partner with content and design teams to develop engaging, high-performing ad creatives.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and audience targeting to boost campaign effectiveness.
- Stay up to date on Google Ads policies, PPC trends, and digital marketing best practices. Create and present clear, insightful performance reports with actionable recommendations.
Education & Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven success managing search engine ad campaigns, especially Google Ads.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite tools.
- Google Ads certification strongly preferred.
