- A youth shelter serving young people in crisis
- A young adult shelter focused on stability and independence
- A women-only medical respite program supporting recovery after hospitalization
- Permanent supportive housing programs across the community
- Transitional housing programs serving veterans
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision, coaching, and consultation to behavioral health staff
- Support teams working directly in shelters, supportive housing, and community programs
- Guide staff through complex, high acuity, and crisis situations
- Strengthen trauma-informed and person-centered practices across programs
- Partner with program leaders to ensure consistent, high-quality care
- Support documentation quality, clinical standards, and regulatory compliance
- Help build and strengthen integrated behavioral health services across the organization
- Develop staff skills, confidence, and clinical decision-making
Required Qualifications
- Licensed as a clinical social worker or mental health therapist eligible to practice in Washington State
- Minimum of 2 years of experience post full licensure
- Must be eligible to provide clinical supervision to other clinicians
- Experience working with individuals impacted by mental health, substance use, or housing instability
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to support staff in complex and unpredictable environments
- Experience providing supervision, mentorship, or staff development
- Experience working in shelters, housing programs, medical respite, or other community-based settings
- Familiarity with integrated behavioral health care models
- Experience supporting multidisciplinary teams
- Experience with electronic health records or HMIS systems
