Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based practices
- Complete intakes, biopsychosocial assessments, and treatment planning
- Deliver services in shelters, supportive housing, and medical respite settings
- Provide crisis intervention and conduct risk assessments in dynamic environments
- Support clients in developing coping skills, stability, and independence
- Facilitate psychoeducational and therapeutic groups
- Collaborate with case managers, medical providers, and community partners
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Travel locally within the Spokane area to meet clients where they are
- Associate clinicians: Actively participate in clinical supervision and licensure progress
- Licensed clinicians: Provide independent clinical services and contribute clinical expertise to the team
- Practice therapy beyond traditional office walls—meeting clients where they are
- Make a direct impact on individuals experiencing homelessness, mental health challenges, and substance use
- Work in a fast-paced, varied, and highly meaningful environment
- Build strong clinical judgment and confidence quickly

Required (All Applicants)
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- Ability to obtain or maintain a Washington State credential
- Ability to obtain Agency Affiliated Counselor (AAC) credential within 30 days of hire
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Active Washington State license (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT)
- Ability to practice independently
- Experience in behavioral health, crisis intervention, or community-based services
- Active Washington State associate license (LSWAIC, LMHCA, LMFTA)
- Eligible for and committed to clinical supervision
- Motivation to complete licensure requirements
- Internal clinical supervision provided by experienced leaders
- Additional access to licensed supervisors
- Exposure to diverse clinical populations and settings
- Strong support for licensure advancement and skill development

Compensation & Benefits
- Fully Licensed: $34.09/hour and Associate Licensed: $32.95
- 8 paid holidays plus up to 5 floating holidays
