Volt is immediately hiring Picker Packers in Athens, TX. 

As a Picker Packer, you will:

• Performs outbound functions such as picking orders for truck shipment, picking orders for parcel shipment, replenishments, full pallet picking, loading, and NetShelter picking.
• Utilize various warehouse equipment machines to perform job duties: order picker and high reach truck.
• Utilize RF scanner system in order to scan products and complete orders.
• Prepare products for shipment by verifying product code, quantity, and quality of items.

These positions are full-time opportunities.

Schedule:

1st Shift 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Monday - Friday, some Saturdays as needed)

2nd Shift 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM (Monday - Friday, some Saturdays as needed)

3rd Shift 7:30 PM - 4:00 AM (Sunday) & 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM (Monday - Thursday, some Fridays as needed)

The ideal candidate will have:

• Warehouse Experience 
• A person 18 years or older
• Must possess a High School degree or equivalent

Physical requirements:

• Must be able to handle moderate physical activity
• Must be able to lift, lower, push, pull, and carry 40 pounds individually, or 40 pounds with another person on a regular occurrence
• Must be able to remain in a stationary position during shift – sit, stand, walk
• Handle moderate heat/cold
• Operate heavy power equipment

Pay Rate: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour DOE

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
