Start working the way you’ve imaginedVolt is immediately hiring for IT Recruiter in New York, NY.As an IT Recruiter, you will:Find candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and other sources.Build a pool of engineers, especially in Big Data and Generative AI.Screen resumes and conducts initial interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.Partner with the HR team and hiring managers to understand role requirements and align sourcing strategies.Keep track of candidates and share updates with the team.Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery of qualified candidates.Represent the company professionally and positively to potential candidates.This is a full time, Contract opportunity.The ideal candidate will have:Experience in high-volume sourcing and recruitment.Familiarity with Big Data and GenAI roles.Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and job posting tools.Ability to evaluate technical skills of engineers.Good communication and organizational skills.Preferred Skills & Qualifications:LinkedIn Sourcing experience.Pay Rate: $60.00 - $70.00 per hour.*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
