This is a full-time on-site role for a Bench Sales Recruiter located in New York, NY. The Bench Sales Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and recruiting top IT talent, managing talent pools of bench candidates, and placing them in contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include sourcing candidates, networking, resume screening, interviewing, coordinating interviews with hiring managers, negotiating job offers, and maintaining relationships with consultants. The recruiter will also be responsible for maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and recruiting best practices.
- Experience in IT recruitment, with skills in sourcing, networking, and resume screening
- Skills in interviewing, coordinating interviews, and negotiating job offers
- Ability to maintain relationships with consultants and manage talent pools

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
