Volt is immediately hiring for 3PL Customer Service Representative – E-Commerce in Riverside, CA.As a 3PL Customer Service Representative – E-Commerce you will:Job Description:Process and track e-commerce orders through the 3PL system.Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.Respond to inquiries via email, phone, and chat regarding order status, shipping delays, and returns.Provide proactive updates to clients and resolve complaints professionally.Schedule freight pickups and deliveries with carriers.Generate and verify shipping labels for outbound orders.Ensure compliance with carrier requirements and shipping regulations.Liaise with vendors regarding inventory, product availability, and delivery timelines.Assist with inventory adjustments and cycle counts.Maintain accurate records of inbound/outbound shipments and customer interactions.Handle return requests and process refunds according to company policy.Investigate and resolve claims for lost or damaged goods.Generate daily/weekly reports on order status and KPIs for client review.Collaborate with account managers, warehouse staff, carriers, and vendors to meet SLAs.This is a Full-Time Temp-to-Hire Opportunity 5 days a week 8 hours a day, plus overtime.The ideal candidate will have: Required Skills & Qualifications1–2 years of customer service experience, preferably in logistics or e-commerce.Strong communication (written and verbal) and problem-solving abilities.Familiarity with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), TMS (Transportation Management Systems), and e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, etc.).Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.Preferred Skills & QualificationsBilingual in English and Spanish.Schedule: Monday-Friday 6am to 2:30pmPay Rate: $25.00 – $30.00 per hourPay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
