Responsibilities
- Greet clients on the service drive and understand their vehicle concerns
- Perform walk-arounds and review maintenance needs at write-up
- Create clear, accurate repair orders and estimates
- Communicate repair recommendations, pricing, and timelines
- Coordinate with technicians on diagnostics, repairs, and progress
- Maintain consistent follow-up throughout the repair process
- Send MPI videos to every client
- Review completed work and ensure quality prior to delivery
- Upsell maintenance and repair services (tires, brakes, alignments, etc.)
- Manage multiple repair orders while maintaining organization and urgency
Requirements
- Customer service or sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Available full-time, including some weekends
- No automotive experience required — we will train the right candidate
