Job Purpose:
- Drive sales and contribute to the overall revenue growth of David Scott Lee retail operations. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and positive brand perception.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers, ascertain their needs, and provide expert product knowledge and recommendations.
- Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately, including handling cash, credit card payments, and returns.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of store inventory, promotions, and policies.
- Assist in visual merchandising and store upkeep to create an attractive and organized shopping environment.
- Build rapport with customers to foster loyalty and generate repeat business.
- Proactively address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints effectively.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets as set by management.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth store operations and exceptional customer service.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding sales practices, customer service, and loss prevention.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.

Required Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent

Required Experience:
- Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in a retail environment.
- Experience meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
- Experience building and maintaining customer relationships.
- Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
