This is a full-time, on-site role located in Fort Walton Beach, FL for an Automotive Sales Manager. The Automotive Sales Manager will oversee daily sales operations, lead and mentor the sales team, develop strategies to meet sales targets, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with clients and manufacturers, analyzing sales data, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Proven skills in Automotive Sales and a strong understanding of inventory management and sales strategies.
- Expertise in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with the ability to foster lasting relationships with clients.
- Proficiency in Sales techniques and experience meeting or exceeding sales targets in the automotive industry.
- In-depth knowledge of the automotive industry, including understanding automotive trends and manufacturer partnerships.
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills to effectively guide and motivate a sales team.
- Previous management experience and a track record of delivering results are highly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is a plus.
