Responsibilities:
- Maintain lawns by mowing, edging, trimming, and spring/fall cleanup as needed
- Assist with basic landscaping tasks such as planting, mulching, weeding, and watering
- Safely operate equipment including hand tools, blowers, trimmers, and mowers
- Load and unload equipment while keeping job sites clean and organized
- Follow directions from the Crew Leader and contribute to efficient team operations
- Use required personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhere to all safety guidelines
- Perform snow removal duties in the winter season
Qualification:
- Minimum 1-2 years of industry experience – preferred but not required
- Valid Driver’s License – required
- Ability to pass a background check and a drug test
- Ability to work in all weather, including extreme heat and cold
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 80lbs on a regular basis
