What you’ll be doing:
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales goals
- Execute contracts for all prospective projects before work begins
- Enhancements Sales – sales of additional services to current clients to add value to their properties.
- Monitor each account by conducting regular client walk-throughs to ensure customer and company expectations are being met
- Develop long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients through good communication practices.
- Understand and comply with all company policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
- Participates in weekly sales & operations meetings
- Assist with snow and ice management services
What you need to succeed:
- College degree preferred but not required
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in the Landscape industry
- Ability to develop client relationships and provide excellent customer service
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Valid Driver’s License
