Management
Responsible for providing guidance and daily supervision to staff in the department. Manager reservations and room availability and ensure accuracy of billing and payment processes.
Operations
Monitor the daily operations of the front desk, including check-in, check-outs, and guest questions and concerns.
Performance
Monitor staff performance and provide feedback.
Administration
Supports and administers operational goals and monitors achievements of performance and profit objectives.
Maintenance
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk.

Education
High School Diploma or GED; and or one to two years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Skills
Strong decision making and problem-solving skills. Excels both independently and as a member of a team. Meticulous attention to detail.
Technology
Computer literate with capability in Microsoft office.

Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
