Cleaning Inspects laundry items for cleanliness, damage, and quality standards. Maintains cleanliness and organization of the laundry area. Responsible for daily laundry operations, including sorting, loading, washing, drying, folding, and storing linens and terry items. Operates commercial washers, dryers, and flatwork ironers. Sorts, feeds, and pulls linens; folds, stacks, and bundles items as needed. Loads and unloads linen carts and distributes items to designated storage areas. Quality Assurance Maintains linen inventory, including item counts and associated recordkeeping. Follows all safety procedures and properly uses equipment associated with the role. Provides excellent internal service to support hotel and casino operations. Works efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Performs physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds and pushing/pulling up to 100 pounds. BRING US YOUR BEST. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous laundry or cleaning experience preferred, but not required. Ability to operate laundry equipment and follow safety procedures. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Dependable, self-motivated, and able to follow directions. Basic communication skills to understand instructions and safety information. Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience.
