Assist Assist in the group sales efforts as specified by Hotel Leadership. Assist with training new team members until they are proficient and exceed Cactus Petes Casino Standards. Compute bill, collect payment, and make change for guests. Familiar with menu items, pricing, hours of operation and current specials with daily operations. Compliance Adhere to department and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards. This is a uniformed position, which requires that team members are in compliance with uniformed appearance standards while on duty. Customer Care Answer all incoming calls routed to the operator in a knowledgeable and professional manner; Alert other operators to calls holding. Answer questions about the MyChoice program, packages, transportation services, parking, facilities, hotels, restaurants, shopping, travel directions, and all events and promotions. Establish accurate accounts for players based on data entry guidelines, issue cards and explain the program to them. Procedure Complete all necessary reports as assigned by your supervisor. Turn in all cash and accounting paperwork using proper procedures in a neat and organized manner. BRING US YOUR BEST. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Prior cash handling experience preferred. Prior experience with computer required. Experience with POS, data entry, Microsoft Programs, Windows, and internet preferred. Must be 17 years of age. Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience.
