The Hotel Front Desk Clerk is responsible for delivering outstanding guest service while managing all front desk operations.
This role is the first point of contact for guests and plays a key role in creating a welcoming and positive hotel experience from arrival to departure.

We are seeking a highly dependable and detail-oriented individual to join our Hotel Operations team as a Front Desk Clerk. The ideal Front Desk Clerk is reliable, detail-oriented, and plays a key role in creating a welcoming and positive hotel experience from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist guests with a friendly, professional attitude
• Perform guest check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently
• Manage reservations, room assignments, and special requests
• Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries
• Process payments, authorize credit cards, and balance cash drawers
• Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly or escalate when needed
• Communicate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management regarding room status and guest needs
• Maintain accurate guest records in the property management system (PMS)
• Follow hotel policies, safety procedures, and brand standards
• Keep the front desk and lobby area clean, organized, and presentable
• Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
• Familiarity with hotel PMS systems (Opera, Opera Cloud, etc.) a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays Skills:

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
A minimum of six (6) months experience working in this or a related field preferred.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
· Ability to speak, read and understand written instructions in English required.
· Ability to speak Spanish a plus.
AGE and CERTIFICATIONS:
Must be 16 years of age or older.
Those 21 years of age and older must have the ability to obtain a valid TAM Card (Alcohol Awareness Card).
