Quality Assurance Ensure each plate is prepared according to the menu description and take notice of any ticket customizations (i.e.: dressing on side, etc.) Ensure food is delivered to the correct table, ensure each guest receives the correct order. Organize and prioritize work and meet deadlines. Ensure quality standards are followed. Management Assist servers and culinary team to ensure the guests have an excellent dining experience. Communicate clearly using appropriate language and conduct when engaging Guests and Team Members. Interact with fellow Team Members in a cooperative manner. Participate in all required training and meetings essential to the position. Compliance Adhere to established department and property policies and procedures, including but not limited to: Standards of Conduct, attendance, appearance, cash handling, confidentiality, safety, and sanitation. BRING US YOUR BEST. Experience Food service experience desired. Must be 21 years of age. Knowledge Must have basic knowledge of all recipes and menu specifications. Skills Must be able to work at a fast pace with a sense of urgency and accuracy. Ability to share or divide attention among several ongoing activities, projects, or assignments. Must have excellent Guest service skills. Ability to effectively work independently and as part of a team. Ability to follow all policies and procedures including but not limited to attendance, appearance, safety, and security policies. Schedule Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Training Must complete training or certification required by the position. Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience.
