About The Role

Vive Exterior Design is hiring a Field Supervisor to lead installation crews on residential outdoor construction projects. This position focuses on coordinating day-to-day field work, maintaining quality standards, and keeping projects moving safely and efficiently.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone experienced in landscape or hardscape installation who enjoys managing people and delivering well-executed outdoor spaces.

What You'll Do

Lead Field Execution

• Oversee daily job-site operations for active projects
• Assign tasks and adjust priorities to maintain workflow
• Support crew performance and uphold safety expectations
  
  

Ensure Quality of Work

• Verify installations match design plans and specifications
• Monitor grading, drainage, planting, and finish details
• Supervise construction of paver systems, retaining walls, and other hardscape features
  
  

Coordinate Schedules & Materials

• Plan daily work activities based on project timelines
• Coordinate deliveries and ensure materials are available on-site
• Track usage and communicate supply needs to management
  
  

Communicate Progress

• Provide regular updates on timelines, issues, and milestones
• Interact with clients professionally during site visits
• Maintain simple documentation (photos, notes, or reports)
  
  

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in landscape or hardscape installation
• Prior experience leading crews or coordinating field work preferred
• Ability to read project plans and follow specifications
• Strong organization and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Ability to perform physical job duties (lifting, bending, uneven terrain)
