Key Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled lawn maintenance, including mowing, edging, and trimming
- Maintain landscape features such as planting beds, walkways, and outdoor living areas
- Complete general groundskeeping tasks, including seasonal cleanup and debris removal
- Inspect properties regularly and report or address maintenance issues
- Operate landscaping equipment safely and perform basic upkeep on tools
- Support small repair tasks and ongoing property care projects
- Prior experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or outdoor maintenance
- Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting, walking, equipment use)
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of landscaping tools and safety practices
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or with a team
