Primary Duties
- Oversee daily installation activities on assigned residential job sites
- Execute construction of hardscapes, paver systems, planting layouts, and related features
- Direct crew workflow, assign tasks, and monitor progress throughout the project lifecycle
- Read and implement landscape design plans and specifications
- Coordinate materials, tools, and scheduling with internal team members
- Operate and maintain landscaping and construction equipment
- Maintain safe, organized, and compliant job site conditions
- Minimum 5 years of experience in landscape installation or outdoor construction
- Prior experience leading crews or supervising field teams
- Working knowledge of hardscape systems, grading, and planting installation
- Ability to interpret landscape or construction plans
- Valid driver's license
- Strong communication and on-site decision-making skills
- Ability to perform physically active outdoor work in varying conditions
- Full-time position
- Typical schedule is Monday-Friday, with occasional weekend work depending on project timelines
