What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mowing/Landscape Crew Lead position at All Terrain Landscape and Snow Management?
We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Mowing/Landscape Crew Lead.
Training and PPE will be provided to acclimate you to our standards of service. We ask that you have a reliable source of transportation, are punctual, motivated and dedicated to your tasks. Must be able to work without direct supervision. We provide an easy going yet fast paced work environment. New, modern equipment!
The Mowing Crew Leader will primarily perform weekly maintenance of lawn mowing, string trimming and some landscape maintenance. There may be some landscape installation and construction etc. As a crew lead it will be your job to keep crew on task and stay within time frames completing daily tasks, quality control, some interaction with clients and any other tasks that may present themselves. We are looking for a Mowing/Landscape Crew Lead who can problem solve in the field when needed.
Crew leads do require driving and towing a trailer daily so DRIVER'S LICENSE IS A MUST. Also, confident operator of standard industry equipment ( zero turns, string trimmer etc). heavy equipment experience is a plus but not a requirement.
We are a full service company serving both residential and commercial clients so quality and attention to detail is VERY important for this position.
