Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage project timelines, budgets, and daily field operations
- Coordinate labor, materials, subcontractors, and equipment across multiple active projects
- Transition approved designs into construction with clear scopes and schedules
- Monitor job progress and adjust plans to maintain timelines and cost targets
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality standards, safety practices, and organization
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during project execution
- Address and resolve project issues, delays, or customer concerns
- Complete final walkthroughs and oversee punch list completion
- Maintain accurate project records, including scheduling, job costing, and payroll inputs
- Minimum 3 years of project management experience in landscaping, construction, or related field
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, and field coordination
- Experience working with field teams, subcontractors, and clients
- Proficiency with project management or job costing software is preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license required
- Monday through Friday
- 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Paid time off (2 weeks annually)
