Job Title: Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior leadership to deliver actionable insights through in-depth financial and operational analysis, identifying trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
- Own revenue, margin, and cash flow forecasting, providing clear, timely updates to leadership and supporting decision-making.
- Drive annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range strategic planning, including the development of multi-year financial models.
- Support strategic initiatives such as acquisitions, partnerships, and capital planning through robust financial analysis and modeling.
- Proactively identify data anomalies, develop hypotheses, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to uncover root causes and implement solutions.
- Design, build, and continuously enhance financial models to ensure accuracy, scalability, and executive-ready presentation.
- Lead the preparation and delivery of monthly management reporting, including financial statements, revenue and expense analysis, and key performance metrics.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that enable data-driven decision-making.
- Prepare executive-level presentations and confidently present insights, analyses, and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement across FP&A processes, systems, and reporting cadence to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead, mentor, and develop one Senior Financial Analyst, fostering strong performance and professional growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5 years of FP&A or related experience, including at least one year of people management.
- Ability to work independently with strong executive presence and communication skills.
- Advanced financial modeling skills with the ability to build clean, scalable models from scratch.
- Strong analytical experience translating complex data into actionable insights.
- Manufacturing or operationally complex environment experience strongly preferred.
- Hands-on ERP experience; BI and reporting tool exposure a plus.
- Advanced Excel skills with high attention to detail and data integrity.
- Naturally curious, analytical thinker who challenges results and seeks clarity.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth, PE-backed environment.
PAY TRANSPARENCY: The estimated annual pay range for this position is $130,000 - $150,000 bonus. Actual compensation will be determined by the hiring authority and may vary depending on qualifications and other factors relevant to the responsibilities of the role.
