Kawasaki Motors Retail Finance (KMRF) is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented leader to serve as Sr. Manager – Commercial Strategy, Sales Analytics & Marketing. This role is responsible for building and managing the strategic infrastructure that supports the national retail finance sales organization. The position plays a critical role in supporting the commercial leadership team by developing reporting and analytics frameworks, managing incentive program analysis, supporting business planning and forecasting initiatives, and coordinating dealer and field communications tied to marketing programs and growth initiatives. This role also oversees key operational support functions that ensure the sales organization operates efficiently and has the tools, insights, and communication structure necessary to drive dealer engagement and funding growth. This role will also lead and develop a growing team supporting analytics, marketing, and operational execution initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate brings experience from captive finance, automotive finance, or a similar financial services environment and thrives in a fast-paced organization where strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and operational execution intersect. This position reports directly to the National Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop team members by providing direction, performance feedback, and support to ensure effective collaboration, professional growth, and achievement of organizational and personal goals.
- Develop and maintain reporting and analytics frameworks that provide leadership visibility into dealer performance, application trends, and funding growth.
- Support the development of forecasting models and business planning tools that track performance against company growth targets.
- Coordinate with Sales leadership to translate business plan objectives into district-level performance visibility and dealer engagement opportunities.
- Assist with pricing analysis and program modeling to support incentive programs and promotional financing initiatives within profitability guidelines.
- Lead the development and execution of dealer incentive program analysis and post-program performance reviews.
- Manage dealer and field communication initiatives including program announcements, updates, and marketing support materials.
- Oversee the development of sales presentations, training materials, and executive reporting decks used for internal and dealer-facing meetings.
- Coordinate with internal marketing resources to ensure consistent messaging and program communication across the dealer network.
- Manage internal reporting and analytics support resources responsible for producing performance dashboards and business intelligence tools.
- Support the planning and execution of national sales meetings, dealer events, and sales training initiatives.
- Partner cross-functionally with credit, funding, compliance, marketing, and executive leadership to support operational alignment.
- Provide analytical insights and strategic recommendations that support continued growth and dealer engagement across the network.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Marketing, Analytics, or related field.
- 8 years of experience in automotive finance, powersports finance, captive finance, or related financial services environment.
- Strong background in sales analytics, reporting, and performance management.
- Experience supporting executive leadership with strategic planning and performance reporting.
- Advanced proficiency with Excel and strong familiarity with business intelligence tools and CRM systems.
- Experience working within cross-functional environments involving sales, marketing, credit, and operations teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced growth environment.
- Expert-level proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Willingness to travel as needed to support dealer and sales training initiatives.
- Ability to work onsite in Foothill Ranch, CA.

Salary:
- Salary range: $140,000 - $145,000
