Job Title: Contract Recruiter (1-2 months)
Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Contract Recruiter for a short-term assignment to support recruiting operations through reporting and analytics. This role will focus on building and maintaining dashboards to track candidate flow from multiple agency partners, ensuring visibility, accuracy, and alignment across open positions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain dashboards to track all open roles, candidate submissions, and pipeline activity from external recruiting agencies
- Monitor and report on candidate flow, submission metrics, interview stages, and hiring progress
- Standardize tracking processes across multiple agencies to ensure consistency and data integrity
- Partner with internal stakeholders and agency recruiters to gather updates and maintain accurate reporting
- Identify gaps, trends, and bottlenecks in the recruiting pipeline and provide actionable insights
- Support ad hoc reporting and recruiting coordination as needed
Qualifications:
- 6-12 months of prior experience in recruiting, recruiting operations, or talent analytics
- Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with ATS and reporting tools preferred
- Ability to manage high-volume data with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proven ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
PAY TRANSPARENCY: The estimated hourly pay range for this position is $25–$35. Actual compensation will be determined by the hiring authority and may vary depending on qualifications and other factors relevant to the role.
