We're seeking a Project Manager to join a respected General Contractor delivering ground-up K-12 school projects throughout the San Francisco Bay Area and Northern California.

You'll lead the successful delivery of ground-up K-12 schools and campus improvements throughout Walnut Creek, Pleasanton and the greater East Bay. Working closely with owners, architects, consultants and field teams, you'll oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout making sure quality, schedule and budget objectives are achieved.
Qualifications
- 7 years of experience preferably with a Top ENR General Contractor
- Ground-up K-12 school construction experience or closely related education project experience is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or equivalent experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Base salary range of $150,000 to $185,000, plus truck, gas card, full benefits, bonus and more.
