Assistant Project Manager | High-End Luxury Residential
For an Assistant Project Manager who has built a strong foundation and is ready to take on more! You’ll be part of a team delivering high-end custom homes and estates across the Bay Area, with projects ranging from $20M to $100M. The work is detail-driven and client-facing, with exposure across scheduling, subcontractor coordination, documentation, and day-to-day execution.
You’ll work closely with experienced Project Managers who are hands-on, organized, and supportive - the kind of team where expectations are clear and people take pride in delivering high-quality work. The environment is collaborative and steady, with a strong emphasis on accountability and consistency.
Desired Skills and Experience
- 5 years of experience preferably with a Top ENR GC
- Bachelor's Degree
