We're seeking a Vice President of Operations to join an established civil contractor delivering infrastructure and site development projects throughout the Greater Dallas-Fort Worth region and North Texas.

As Vice President of Operations, you'll provide executive leadership across field operations, overseeing project execution, safety, staffing, operational performance and project delivery. Working closely with executive leadership, you'll establish operational priorities, mentor field leaders, strengthen accountability across the organization and uphold the standards clients have come to expect.

Qualifications

• 15 years of experience preferably with a Top ENR General Contractor or Civil Contractor
• Proven success improving operational performance while driving profitable growth.
• Stable career progression with a reputation for leadership and accountability
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.

Base salary ranges from $175,000 to $225,000, complemented by a comprehensive executive benefits package, performance-based incentive opportunities, vehicle allowance, and more.
