We are a fast-growing design and manufacturer with operations in Northern and Southern California with further expansion objectives throughout the Western US and nationally. With the rapid expansion and growth and order flow, we anticipate aggressive organic and growth possibly via strategic acquisitions.
We are looking for our visionary, business leader, strategist & enterprise leader to lead the further growth of the business as the President. We produce in excess of $80M of large scale units with more orders and steady growth happening month over month and year over year. We need to increase and optimize our manufacturing capabilities, processes, systems, and add the right leaders and management team to help refine & scale the business, identify greatest opportunities and lead the team to make it happen. We need a leader who has successfully navigated a rapid growth manufacturing enterprise.
Responsibilities
- Driving overall business vision & strategy
- Oversight of the teams who lead sales, operations, supplier management, logistics, distribution and client service
- Driving operational excellence in all departments
- Full P&L responsibility
