Reporting to a Senior PM with extensive education sector tenure, the Assistant PM will serve as an active contributor across the full project lifecycle. The position carries direct responsibility for submittal and RFI management, schedule and cost monitoring, owner and design team coordination, and the maintenance of documentation standards commensurate with public funding oversight. Candidates will gain substantive exposure to bond program delivery, community stakeholder engagement, and the logistical discipline required to build on active academic campuses without disruption to students, faculty, or operations.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- 5 years of commercial construction experience preferably with an ENR GC
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Salary : $95,000 - $125,000
