What are the responsibilities and job description for the Division President - Construction/Manufacturing position at Vitality Group?
Division President - Construction / Manufacturing - Los Angeles County
We’re a California-based construction and manufacturing organization with a strong track record delivering cost-effective, scalable building solutions across the education sector and other institutional markets. The business is well established, with deep regional relationships, a consistent project pipeline, and a reputation built on execution, reliability, and long-term client partnerships.
What makes this opportunity different is timing. The business is entering a new phase of growth with strong backing and the resources to expand meaningfully across markets and geographies. This role has been created to lead that next phase.
This is not a traditional operational leadership role. It’s a position that puts you at the center of the business, responsible for driving performance, aligning teams, and shaping how the company grows from here. You’ll have full visibility across operations, business development, and execution, with the autonomy to build structure where it’s needed and elevate what’s already working.
Heavily rooted in education: K-12 school districts, community colleges, university systems, and institutional clients, with a clear path to expand further into healthcare, government, commercial, and mixed-use sectors.
Responsibilities
- Driving overall business performance, strategy, and market positioning
- Leading operations, manufacturing, and project execution across the region
- Oversight of business development, client relationships, and growth initiatives
- Building and strengthening leadership teams across departments
- Full P&L ownership and accountability
The right person will manage the division, shape it, refine it, and scale it with the backing of a larger organization that is actively investing in its growth.
Desired Experience
- 15 years of leadership experience within construction or manufacturing
- Experience leading a division, business unit, or regional operation with full accountability
- Track record of scaling operations, improving systems, and building high-performing teams
- Strong background in both operations and client-facing/business development environments
- A leadership style centered on accountability, trust, and long-term team development
$375,000 - $470,000 base salary, performance-based bonus and long-term incentives, along with an executive-level benefits package.
This is a leadership opportunity at a true inflection point. The company is established, the backing is in place, and the next phase of growth is intentional. The person who steps into this role will help define what that looks like over the next several years.
