Position Overview
As part of our front office team, you’ll be the first friendly face our patients see. Your role will include:

Scheduling and rescheduling appointments

Greeting and checking in patients

Verifying demographics, insurance, and financial information

Ensuring daily balancing is accurate

Keeping patients informed about their appointments

Traveling to different offices as needed based on demand

Qualifications
