We’re hiring Caregivers, CNAs, and HCAs ready to make the short ferry commute to Vashon Island for consistent hours and appreciative clients!

- Before You Apply... Make Sure This Is You
You’ve got at least 1 year hands-on caregiving experience
You hold a current CNA or HCA certification, or you’re eager to earn it (we’ll help with training tuition)
You have a valid driver’s license, insured vehicle, and reliable transportation (yes, ferry rides included)
You’ve used a Hoyer Lift before – or you’re open to learning
You can reliably commute to the Vashon ferry terminal
CPR / First Aid certified (Preferred)

Your Job Duties May Include:
Help clients with daily routines – bathing, dressing, meals, mobility
Assist with transfers (with or without Hoyer Lift)
Offer genuine companionship and emotional support
Provide medication reminders document care
Keep living spaces safe and comfortable
Communicate changes to supervisors and families
Encourage activity and connection
