We’re looking for Caregivers, CNAs, and HCAs who live in Kitsap County.
If you’re outside the area or depend on a ferry… we’ll save you the hassle – this isn’t the right fit.

The Non-Negotiables:
Before you hit apply, make sure this describes you:
- Hands-on caregiving experience (preferred, not required)
- Current CNA or HCA certification – or you’re ready to earn it (we’ll help with training tuition)
- Valid driver’s license, insured vehicle, and reliable transportation
- Previous knowledge working w/ a Hoyer Lift or willing to learn!
- Live within easy driving distance of Poulsbo
- CPR / First Aid Certification (preferred)

- Day, evening, or overnight shifts available
- 4, 8, or 12-hour options
- Weekdays, weekends, or a mix
- Full-time or part-time

What You’ll Be Doing (The Work That Matters)
- Help clients with daily routines – bathing, dressing, meals, mobility
- Assist w/ transfers w/ or w/o the use of a Hoyer Lift
- Offer genuine companionship and emotional support
- Give medication reminders and document care
- Keep living spaces safe and comfortable
- Communicate changes to supervisors and families
- Encourage clients to stay active and connected
