- You’ve worked as a caregiver or have related experience (preferred)
- You’re a CNA or HCA – or ready to earn it (training tuition help included)
- You’ve got a valid driver’s license, reliable car, and active insurance
- You have previous knowledge of working w/ Hoyer Lifts or willing to learn!
- You live close enough to commute easily around Poulsbo and nearby towns
- CPR / First Aid experience? Even better.

Your Job Duties May Include:
- Assist with daily routines like bathing, dressing, and meals
- Offer companionship, conversation, and reassurance
- Support mobility and safe transfers w/ or w/o the use of a Hoyer Lift
- Give medication reminders and record care notes
- Keep client spaces tidy and comfortable
- Communicate changes or concerns to your supervisor
- Encourage independence and activity
