Before You Apply – Are You the Right Fit?
You’re a strong candidate if you:
- Have caregiving or related experience (preferred)
- Hold a current CNA or HCA certification – or are ready to earn one (we help with training tuition!)
- Can commute easily around Port Orchard, Bremerton, and nearby areas
- Are familiar with CPR/First Aid (bonus points)
- Have a valid driver’s license, reliable car, and insurance
- Can assist with transfers and Hoyer Lift use – or are willing to learn
