Front Desk Associate- 6 Month Contract- Norwood, MA- M-Th (4:30pm-2am/EST)

You will support the team by managing daily operations and inquiries and providing timely, professional assistance.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Facilitate daily distribution center activities through essential administrative and clerical tasks
- Ensure smooth communication and seamless handoffs between various internal teams
- Manage and maintain precise records to ensure all logistics data is reliable and up-to-date.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system errors or vendor discrepancies to minimize downtime
- Provide dependable support and timely updates to both internal staff and external partners
This is a 6-month contract opportunity in the Norwood area with possibility of extension or direct hire.
This is a 40-hour work week, with in the office Monday - Thursday (10-hour shifts). This is an overnight position with hours from 4pm-2:30am EST.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in customer service or account management.
- Strong attention to detail with demonstrated experience updating software systems based on customer information changes.
- Ability to work with a strong sense of urgency and follow tasks through to completion.
- Experience with data entry and tracking in Excel.
- Excellent listening skills with a patient and empathetic approach to customer interactions.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Experience working in a retail or warehouse environment
