Duties
- Greet visitors, members, and staff with enthusiasm, ensuring a warm and professional first impression
- Manage scheduling and calendar management
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including phone calls, emails, and club digital platform
- Support office management tasks such as supply inventory and maintain club cleanliness
- Support customer service efforts in person and via phone
