Position Overview

The ERP Program Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end transformation from legacy ERP systems to a modern, scalable enterprise resource planning platform across multiple manufacturing sites.

This is a hands-on, execution-driven leadership role responsible for program governance, vendor management, system integration, and business readiness. You will operate at the center of a complex enterprise transformation spanning Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Data Platforms, and Salesforce integrations.

This role requires onsite leadership in Roanoke, VA, with regular travel to manufacturing facilities.

Key Responsibilities

Own full lifecycle delivery of enterprise ERP implementations across multiple plants

Lead ERP transformation from legacy systems (GRMS) to a modern enterprise platform — driving standardized, scalable processes with a configuration-first, minimal-customization approach

Drive the ERP readiness phase, including:

Architecture assessments

Business process mapping (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing)

Implementation strategy alignment with executive leadership

Lead System Integrator (SI) selection process including RFP creation, evaluation, and contract negotiation

Manage ERP software providers, SI partners, and third-party vendors with clear KPIs, SLAs, and governance cadence

Establish and lead program governance:

Steering Committee

Design authority

Risk, issue, and change control processes

Coordinate integrations across enterprise systems:

Salesforce

Azure Data Platform

Future MES systems

Own business readiness:

Data migration strategy

Cutover planning and execution

Training and user adoption

Hypercare support post go-live

Manage program financials including budget, forecasting, and ROI tracking

Build and lead cross-functional delivery teams across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and IT

Ensure successful multi-site rollout across manufacturing facilities in:

Roanoke, VA

Troutville, VA

Rincon, GA

Pocatello, ID

Key Success Metrics

ERP finance go-live across all plants on schedule and within budget

Clean financial close in the new ERP system at go-live

Seamless Salesforce-to-ERP integration and order flow

Successful retirement of legacy ERP systems without disruption

Measurable business value realization and user adoption

Strong governance, risk mitigation, and execution discipline

Qualifications

15 years of experience in ERP program leadership or enterprise transformation

Proven track record delivering large-scale ERP implementations, including Finance

Experience with multi-site manufacturing environments strongly preferred

Hands-on experience managing Tier-1 System Integrators (SI)

Strong understanding of:

Finance and Supply Chain processes

Manufacturing operations

Data integrations and enterprise architecture

Experience with enterprise performance management platforms, Salesforce integrations, and Azure platforms preferred

PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is a plus

Leadership Profile

Execution-focused leader who thrives in high-pressure, high-visibility programs

Strong executive presence with ability to influence at C-suite level

Detail-oriented with ability to challenge technical and commercial decisions

Skilled in vendor negotiations, RFP processes, and contract management

Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional teams through transformation

Work Environment & Travel
