Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces, and common areas
- Execute detailed floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming carpets, and polishing surfaces to maintain pristine conditions
- Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing
- Maintain sanitation standards by disinfecting surfaces, trash removal, and ensuring compliance with health regulations
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing residents' or guests' needs promptly and professionally
- Manage residential or commercial cleaning supplies inventory and notify management when restocking is needed
- Assist with housekeeping management tasks such as scheduling cleaning routines and coordinating team efforts when applicable
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping roles preferred
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation practices, and floor care methods
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment safely
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Familiarity with laundry processes and carpet cleaning techniques is a plus
- Experience with custodial or commercial cleaning environments highly desirable
- Basic understanding of housekeeping management practices is advantageous
