Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Executive Assistant Sales Marketing role based in Barrington, IL. The Executive Assistant will support senior leaders in sales and marketing by managing calendars, scheduling meetings. This role includes organizing client meetings and presentations, maintaining contact databases and sales records, and assisting with proposals, agreements, and follow-up communications. The Executive Assistant will help prepare marketing materials, track campaign activities, and support events, open houses, and other client-facing initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities also include handling correspondence, drafting professional communications, maintaining files, and ensuring smooth administrative operations for the sales and marketing team.
Qualifications
- Strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and document organization.
- Experience providing Executive Support, including handling confidential information, prioritizing competing demands, and supporting senior leadership in sales or marketing environments.
- Ability to prepare and reconcile Expense Reports with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and client-focused approach.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace) and basic CRM or contact management systems.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with capacity to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- High level of professionalism, reliability, and discretion, with a collaborative and service-oriented mindset.
- Previous experience in real estate, luxury homes, design, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
