This is a full-time, on-site role for an Office Manager located in Barrington, IL. The Office Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating daily office operations, ensuring a well-organized and efficient workplace. Key responsibilities include overseeing administrative processes, managing office equipment, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting team operations to maintain a professional work environment.

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for interacting with clients, vendors, and team members.
• Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration tasks, including scheduling, record-keeping, and managing office workflows.
• Familiarity with Office Equipment and tools to support smooth office operations and troubleshoot basic issues.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment while taking initiative and ownership of assigned responsibilities.
• Relevant experience in office management or a related field is preferred.
