Step back in time at Repeal Speakeasy, a hidden gem inside Tempo by Hilton that blends the mystery of the Prohibition era with exceptional hospitality, classic cocktails, and elevated dining.

With expertly crafted cocktails and elevated cuisine, Repeal is all about delivering a memorable, intimate guest experience.

We’re looking for a Bartender with a passion for craft cocktails and an eye for detail to join our opening team. In this role, you won’t just pour drinks - you’ll tell a story with every pour, engage guests with genuine charm, and help shape a one-of-a-kind experience rooted in quality and style.

Experience is preferred, but HOSPITALITY is required!

What You’ll Do:

• Craft classic and signature cocktails with precision and flair, using fresh ingredients and premium spirits
• Educate guests on cocktail components, house infusions, and the history or inspiration behind the menu
• Provide warm, conversational, and attentive service—making each guest feel like a regular
• Maintain a clean, well-organized bar and prep area throughout the shift
• Monitor guest consumption and follow responsible alcohol service protocols
• Collaborate with the culinary team on pairings and seasonal specials
• Manage inventory and prep garnishes, syrups, and bar components as needed
• Open and close the bar, complete side work, and report supply needs or maintenance issues

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in a craft cocktail or upscale bar environment
• Must be 21 years or older
• Deep knowledge of spirits, cocktail technique, and bar tools
• Ability to follow precise recipes while also creating balanced, thoughtful variations
• Comfortable working solo or with a small team during high-demand periods
• Ability to stand for extended periods

• Availability for evening and late-night shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Strong communication, poise, and presence behind the bar
• Commitment to responsible alcohol service and impeccable cleanliness standards
